Keith William Burns, 69, Carthage, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. Keith was born February 15, 1953 in Carthage, Missouri, the son of James K. Burns, Sr. and Helena F. (Redmond) Burns. Keith worked at the Ireco Powder Plant in Carthage.
Survivors include his significant other, Christine McMillen; one sister, Sheila Davis (Miles); three brothers, Claude Burns (Joan), Harley Burns (Dorena), and Chestene Burns; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Angela Hill; two brothers, James Burns, Jr. and Jesse Burns; and a nephew, Clifton Burns.
Per Keith’s wishes, there was cremation, and memorial graveside services will be held 10 am, Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Carthage. Rev. George Triplett will officiate.
