CARTHAGE, Mo. — Cathy Jo Loy, a dedicated conservative grassroots leader, and Carthage resident, continues her campaign for State Representative of Missouri’s 163rd district in Jasper County. Loy, renowned for her commitment to conservative principles, seeks to succeed Republican incumbent Rep. Cody Smith, who will term out in 2024.
