Arvest Bank is pleased to announce that Karen Cunningham has exclusively joined the Carthage market team as an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer.

Cunningham, who joined Arvest in 2018 as a mortgage lender for both our Neosho and Carthage markets, has over 15 years of industry experience, including 11 years as a real estate agent and served our country in the U.S. Coast Guard. Her service to our Carthage community has led to her full-time commitment in providing mortgage solutions in our Carthage market. Cunningham will office full time from our Arvest Carthage Central branch location, ready to help with any home financing needs.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the Carthage Arvest team full time and to continue and build genuine relationships with our customers and the Carthage community,” Cunningham said. “I have a fantastic team around me, bilingual, organized and passionate about making the dream of homeownership a reality.”
