Rayma Jean Waynick, age 67 of Carthage, Missouri, passed away July 9th, 2019 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

Rayma and her twin brother, Roger Wofford, were born on February 2, 1952 in Carthage, MO at McCune-Brooks Hospital to Lawrence and Vera (Barham) Wofford. On June 27, 1970, Rayma married Donald Ray Campbell and they had two children, Christopher “Chad” (Amy) Campbell and Gabriel “Scott” (Susan) Campbell. She was later remarried on February 2, 1999 to Michael Dean Waynick in Las Vegas, Nevada. She inherited two stepchildren, Andrew Michael (Hayley) Waynick and Russell Alan (Rita) Waynick.

Rayma worked for Grace Energy in Carthage, Snack Atak stores in Joplin, and 4-State Trucking in Joplin. She was an avid fan of all sports. She also loved to spoil her grandchildren Sydney, Drew, Scottie, and Ruthie Campbell and Caleb, Franklin, and Dean Waynick, along with her dog, Bear.

She is survived by her brothers Charles (Shirley) Wofford of rural Carthage, Donald Wofford of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Roger (Robbin) Wofford of Harrison, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law. She will be greatly missed by all.

Grave site services will be held on Friday, July 26th, at 11:00 am at Park Cemetery-Mausoleums. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the American Heart, Kidney, or Diabetes Associations.
