Kirk Alan Dunn, 49, passed away on October 31, 2019 in Hague, Virginia. Kirk was born September 5, 1970 in Houston, MO to Archie and Glenda Kay “Henry” Dunn. He was a long-time resident of Carthage, a self-employed jack-of-all-trades and grounded in his Christian Faith.
Kirk is survived by his parents; step-mother, Cathy “Hayes” Dunn; one daughter, Katelyn Dunn; two brothers, Kevin Dunn (Lisa) of Avilla and Kerry Dunn (Shannon) of Mt. Vernon; two nieces, Kristen Epperson and Lauren Replogle; four nephews, Jonathan Dunn, Sam Dunn, Isaac Dunn and Garrett Dunn; four great nephews and one great niece; one God-daughter, Charlize; and beloved dog and companion, Roxy.
Kirk was preceded in death by one son, Kirk Alan Dunn, Jr. in 1993.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2019 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Carthage. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Williams Cemetery in Avilla.
