Bobby Gene Wilkerson, 64, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. Bobby was born August 26, 1955 in Bartlesville, OK to Albert Hugh and Gladys Lucille “Anderson” Wilkerson. He was a line-worker at Peterson’s Poultry in Northwest Arkansas, but has been a resident of Carthage for the past five years.
Bobby was united in marriage to Carmen “Gonzales” November 6, 1988 in Salina, OK; she survives.
Bobby is also survived by two sons, Robert Wilkerson and Hugo Wilkerson (Chelse), both of Carthage; one daughter, Micaela Wilkerson of Carthage; one sister, Janet Wilkerson of Colcord, OK; one uncle, Elroy Drake of Bartlesville, OK; one aunt, Deane Drake of Bartlesville, OK; and four grandchildren.
Private memorial service will be held at a later date.
