A Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:05 p.m. Monday on Elm Road one mile south of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Chance C. Patterson, 29, Carthage, overturned, ejecting Patterson.
Patterson was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
