McDonald’s of Carthage spread a little love this Valentine’s Day to local veterans & elderly in our community by delivering over 500 homemade Valentine’s cards. For the past three weeks, both Carthage McDonald’s locations has provided a card making station inside their lobbies to allow families to create heartfelt homemade cards to be delivered today. The Valentine’s Day cards were personally delivered by McDonald’s to St. Luke’s Nursing Center, Oak Pointe Assisted Living and the Carthage VFW.

“We just wanted to make sure our veterans and elderly are reminded that they are loved, honored and not forgotten in our community. The homemade cards that our customers made were so heartwarming,” said local McDonald’s Owner/Operator Kara Campbell.

If your family was unable to make it in to one of their restaurants this year, be sure to next year to help spread some love to Carthage’s local veterans and elderly.
