Sharon Diane Curry, 66, Reeds, Missouri, passed away Tuesday evening, February 1, 2022 at Carthage Health & Rehab, Carthage, Missouri. Sharon was born July 24, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Cecil Balster and Edith Elaine (Millard) Balster. She was a 1973 graduate of Aurora High School, Anaheim, California. She worked at Excel Phone Company in Dallas, Texas, and also worked for the United States Postal Service in Mulvane, Kansas. Sharon married Randall Charles Curry on August 6, 1999 in Mesquite, Texas. Sharon loved crocheting things for her grandchildren, puzzles, reading, playing Yahtzee, but most of all, loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include three sons, Alan Burkart, Charles Curry, and Rick Curry (Brittany) ; a daughter, Michelle Gardner; a sister, Debbie Anderson; an aunt, Judy Asplund; numerous grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Bill Balster and Pete Balster.
