Jeffrey William Cole, 68, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away at his home on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Jeff was born on November 3, 1956, in Emporia, Kansas, to John Cole and Barbara Tener. He has been a resident of Carthage for the past 35 years and was employed at Leggett and Platt Branch #1.
Jeff was joined in marriage to Lisa Pickering in Miami, Oklahoma, in 2006; she survives.
Along with his wife Lisa, Jeff is survived by his daughter, Grace Pickering of the home; one sister, Lynn Lewis (Terry) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service for Jeff at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2025, at Ozark Memorial Park in Joplin, Missouri.
