A Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:49 p.m. Thursday on MO 37, three and a half miles north of Reeds.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Dodge Ram driven by Micah S. Martin, 30, Carthage, struck a cow in the roadway.
Martin was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
