CARTHAGE, Mo. — Julie Settles, President of FCNB Insurance Services, Inc., is pleased to announce that Shania Parsons has accepted the position of Insurance CSR for the Carthage office. In her new position, Shania will work directly with Insurance Agent Fernando Carbajal to assist customers with auto, home, business, farm and life insurance policies.
Shania is a 2018 graduate of Carthage High School and obtained her Seal of Biliteracy, Gold ACT WorkKeys NCRC® and over 1,000 hours of business training though Carthage Technical Center. With recent positions in the insurance and food services industries, Shania has extensive experience in the areas of customer service, general management and business operations.
In her free time, she enjoys photography, puzzles, coloring, cricut designs, and spending time with her family, including fiancé Thomas J. O’Connell, daughter Ava Mae O’Connell, age 1, and a new baby girl in January 2023, along with her furry friends, two dogs and three cats.
