The Pierce City Friends of the Library will hold a Designer Purse Silent Auction featuring handbags from brands like Dooney & Bourke and Michael Kors, each containing a mystery gift card. The auction kicks off at the SomePlace Nice Holiday Craft Show on
Nov. 2 (9131 Wallaby Rd) and will close on Dec. 14 (5 pm) at the Pierce City Library, just before the Christmas Parade that evening. Proceeds support library programs. For more details, visit the Pierce City Branch Library Facebook page.
