Economic Security Corporation CARS Program One Year Anniversary May 1

Economic Security Corporation is proud to announce the one-year anniversary of our Community Action Ride System (CARS) program. Since its inception, the CARS program has grown from just 5 volunteer drivers to 30, completing over 210,000 miles and serving 578 destinations across four counties.

To commemorate this milestone, we are hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chambers of Commerce from Joplin, Neosho, Carthage, Webb City, and Barton County. The event will take place on Thursday, May 1st at 1pm at our Central Office located at 302 Joplin Ave, Joplin.

Several of our volunteer CARS drivers will be present to help us celebrate this achievement.

We invite the community to join us in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and the impact of the CARS program.
