2021 Carthage Youth Softball Sign-Ups
Where: Carthage High School (commons area)
When: Monday February 22 & Monday March 1
The following protocols will be followed in order to comply with Covid-19 guidelines:
– Board members will be seated one to a table a minimum of 6 feet apart.
– Only 1 family member (parent, grandparent, etc) will be allowed per player to assist with registration.
– Anyone exhibiting symptoms will be asked not to enter the building.
– We will recommend that all attendees wear a mask; masks will be made available at the entrance.
– Disposable gloves and hand sanitizer will also be available.
– Tables and other surfaces will be wiped down with bleach wipes regularly.
– Only one parent-player pair will be allowed per age group sign up table at a time.
– Additional players will be asked to wait at appropriate social distances either spread through the Commons area or outside depending on the weather.
– All tables and chairs used during registration will be wiped down and sprayed with disinfectant at the end of each session.
