Creating Quilts of Valor presented Charles Dunlap with a Quilt of Valor March 16, 2024, for his military service.
Dunlap graduated from Jasper High School, and was drafted into the Army in 1965.
His duty stations included Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., Fort Polk, La., and then Vietnam. He served in the A company, 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry.
