Centennial Avenue, Carthage, MO 64836, is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Construction Management firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR)/Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to construct a Performing Arts Center for the Carthage R9 School District, Carthage, MO. SOQs will be accepted until May 7th, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time.
