James Allen Stidham, 58, was welcomed into the arms of his savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
James was born October 15, 1966, to Gene Joseph Stidham and Loetta Fay (Crow) Stidham in Carthage, Missouri. He attended Carthage Schools and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a member of The Bridge, A Christian Church in Carthage, Missouri.
James was preceded in death by his father, Gene; Sister Brenda Lee Huff; and an infant brother, Lee Allen Stidham.
James is survived by his mother, Loetta; one brother, Brian Stidham of Lockwood, Missouri; six sisters, Lisa West (Wayne) of Lockwood, Missouri, Sharon Johnson (Jim) of Jasper, Missouri, Tina Bruton (Philip) of Lamar, Missouri, Carole Shannon of Greenfield, Missouri, Linda Farris (Charlie) of Sun City Center, Florida, and Karen Okerson of Joplin, Missouri; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There will be a graveside service for James at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Carthage, Missouri.
