Glen “Eric” Borland, 54, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021 at Mercy McCune Brooks Hospital in Carthage, Missouri.
Eric was born September 2, 1966 and was a lifetime resident of Carthage. He was a friend to all who would listen and was always there for anyone who had a problem. Eric was a member of the Bykota Church in Carthage.
Eric was united in marriage to Lori Buchanan on November 18, 1988 in Carthage. She survives.
Eric is survived by his father Glen Borland of Carthage, MO., three daughters Courtney Borland (Reanna) of Wellsville, KS, Kassidy Borland of Carthage, MO, and Camillea Borland (Levi) of Seneca, MO; two brothers Aaron Borland (Laurie), and Sean Borland (Audrey) of Carthage, MO; five grandchildren Kenzleigh (Pumpkin) Borland, Kartor Borland, Kamryn Borland, Juniper Borland, and Tobias Borland.
He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Mitchell Borland on July 10,2018.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 19 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be held the night before on Thursday, March 18 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
