Cynthia Lea “Rabbit” Moore, 64 passed away August 4, 2020, at her home.
Cindy is survived by her daughter Tierra Haws and husband Nathan, grandchildren; Zayden, Saniah, and Kayson, Sisters; Karen Moore and Marcia (Steve) Cooper, one brother Darryl Moore, Goddaughter Latayzia Harris.
She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Marian (Harbin) Moore, brothers; Larry Rice, Harold “Hal” Moore and Mark Moore Jr.
Cindy was born February 4, 1956, in Carthage. She worked many years at Big Smith and Fairview Greenhouse. The job she was most known for was being the “nice lunch lady” at the Carthage High School before transferring to the intermediate center. She retired from being lunch lady 2 years ago to become a full-time grandma. Her grandchildren were the center of her world.
Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Bykota Church, south of Carthage. Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2020, at Ulmer Funeral Home.
