Charlotte “Elaine” Hill, 93, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, in Neosho, Missouri. Elaine was born January 5, 1932, in Burbank, Ohio. She attended Fellowship Baptist Church in Carthage, Missouri. Elaine enjoyed crocheting and repairing vacuum cleaners. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and her church family.
Elaine is survived by two sons, Rusty Hill of Neosho, Missouri and Carey Hill of Carthage, Missouri; five grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Hill (2002); one son, Rick Ralston (1995); two daughters, Sherrie Johnson (2021) and Vickie Turner (2020).
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 27, 2025, at Park Cemetery in Carthage, Missouri. A visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Ulmer Funeral Home, prior to her graveside service.
