The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney’s office filed a sodomy charge today against a Carthage man who allegedly forced a woman to perform oral sex at Leggett & Platt, 229 N. Garrison Thursday.

The woman provided Carthage Police with her clothing which allegedly had bodily fluids from Isabel Barreno-Gomez, according to the probable cause statement.

Barreno-Gomez confirmed the sequence of events provided by the woman up to the point of the crime, but did not mention the sex act, the probable cause statement said.
