SPRINGFIELD, Mo . — The Carthage Tigers extended their win streak to three games in a 59-50 win over the Hillcrest Hornets Friday, Jan. 14 in Springfield.
Max Templeman led Carthage with 21 points followed by Clay Kinder and Justin Ray adding 12 points apiece. Joel Pugh added nine points for the Tigers.
Carthage led 18-16 at the half and 34-31 at the end of the third period. The Tigers outscored the Hornets 25-19 in the fourth quarter.

Carthage, now 12-2, (1-1 in the COC) will travel to Chanute, Kan., next week for the Ralph Miller Classic.
