Victoria Rae Leggitt, 73 passed away September 29, 2020, at Mercy Hospital, Joplin Missouri.
Victoria was born March 19, 1947, in Webb City, MO to Ray Leggitt and Gloria “Anderson” Leggitt. She was a longtime area resident and worked as a behavioral health clerk at St John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin for 30 years. She worked with area animal rescues and trained several search and rescue dogs. Victoria was a member of the St. Ann’s Catholic Church of Carthage.
Victoria is survived by three sisters; Linda Brasfield of Carthage, Dorrian Leggitt and Becky Moore both of Joplin, one granddaughter Linda Alexis Anderson and one great-grandson Lief Anderson.
Victoria is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Dustin Anne Anderson and one brother Richard Leggitt.
