Melva Dean (White) McKnight, 88, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024, in Carthage, Missouri. She was born on December 28, 1935, in Carthage, Missouri to Leo White and Edith (Rose) White. Melva was a lifetime resident of Carthage, Missouri. She worked at Oak Hill and McCune Brooks as a Records Transcriptionist. Melva was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and a member of a Bowling League.
Melva is survived by her son, John McKnight of Mt .Vernon, Missouri and her daughter, Lori Kent.
Melva is preceded in death by her parents Leo and Edith White.
