Melinda Micheal Napierskie, 43, Carthage, Mo., passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, at her home.
Melinda was born Jan. 5, 1977, in Springfield, Mo., to Dale Gass and Minda (Hurd) Warren. She was a 1995 graduate of Republic High School in Republic, Mo. Melinda worked as a registered nurse for St. John’s Hospital in Joplin, Mo. She was an artist, enjoyed the rodeo, but most of all loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Napierskie; her father, Dale Gass; mother, Minda Warren (husband Donny); a daughter, Elora Davis; a brother, Brad Gass (wife Melissa); a brother-in-law, Leonard Napierskie (wife Lee Ann); and several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Faith Davis.
Per Melinda’s wishes, there was a cremation. Private family services will be held at a later date.
