Jimmy R. Hatfield, 84, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Carthage.
Jimmy was born May 8, 1936, in Mammoth Springs, AR to J.R. and Ruth (May) Hatfield, where he was raised until his early 20’s. He was the owner and driver of Jimmy Hatfield Trucking.
Jimmy is survived by one son, Mike Hatfield (Vonda) of Batesville, AR; two daughters, Pam Hatfield (Mark Cupps) of Joplin and Dana Hill (Tad Dunn) of Carthage; five grandchildren, Wyatt Hatfield (Brooklyn), Brandon Davis, Michael Hatfield, Brian Hatfield, Wendy Pappas and Heather Foster.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Ron Hatfield and Gaylin Hatfield.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2020, at Ulmer Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Fullerton Cemetery.
