Glen D. Minshew, 67, Carthage, MO, passed away Monday, September 10, 2018 at his home. Glen Douglas Minshew was born August 24, 1951 in San Jose, CA to the late Douglas Minshew and Ella (Taylor) Minshew. He graduated from Roseburg High School, Class of 1969. He worked as an over the road truck driver, and later worked in the office for Tri State as an emergency break down coordinator. Glen married Renay Sharp on October 29, 1982 in Carthage, MO; she survives. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycle riding, and most of all, spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Renay, one daughter, Arieanna Reynolds (Scott), Carthage, MO; two sons, Nathan Minshew, St. Louis, MO, and Christopher Minshew of Washington; one brother, Kenny, three sisters, Kathy, Karen, and Rosie; and six grandchildren, Gavin Minshew, Liam Minshew, Natalie Minshew, Camlen Tilton, Tennisie Tilton, and Lane Reynolds. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held 6 pm, Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Rev. James Lee will officiate. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
