Diamond woman suffers serious injuries in collision on 59

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 6:21 a.m. Thursday on MO 59, a quarter of a mile south of Fidelity.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Ford Mustang, driven by a 47-year-old Diamond woman,  made a left turn into the pathway of a 2016 Ford Mustang driven by a 19-year-old Granby man.

The Diamond woman was treated for serious injuries and the Granby man for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
