The Carthage Fire Department responded to a total of 189 calls in the month of January.

Structure fires – 8

Vehicle fires – 1

Natural cover fires – 4

Motor vehicle accidents – 9

Medical calls – 114

Hazardous material – 6

Automatic/Mutual aid – 1

Miscellaneous – 46

70 of these calls were responded to in the District and 119 of them were responded to in the City.
