Community grants enhance the quality of life in Carthage
Area 501(c)3 organizations or other IRS approved entities serving the Carthage area, may make application to Carthage Community Foundation for its Fall 2020 Community Grant Round beginning on August 28. Grant application may be found online at cfozarks.org/carthage (scroll down to the link). All applications must be completed and submitted online. Deadline for submission is September 17.
CCF has interest in supporting organizations and projects which enhance the lives of Carthage residents and provide innovative solutions for existing and emerging community needs. Areas of funding focus include 1 – Health & Human Services, 2 – Education & Youth Services, 3 – Arts, Culture, History & Community Beautification, and 4 – Food & Nutrition. While funding requests for general operations are not typically accepted, CCF will consider requests for critical short-term expenses if needed due to COVID-19 impact. The total amount one applicant may request is $2,500.
Grant announcements are expected by mid-October.
