Carthage, Mo. — The City of Carthage will be hosting a Food Truck Friday Roundtable to prepare for the 2023 season of Food Truck Friday in Central Park on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 9:00 am at Carthage Memorial Hall.
Food Truck Friday has been a staple event in the Carthage Community since 2016. With over a dozen food trucks at each event, table vendors, and entertainment, this is a community favorite.
During the Roundtable, vendors who pre-registered will hear from City Departments on updates, themes and regulations for the 2023 Food Truck Friday season. Vendors will hear from other organizations for other opportunities in Carthage, MO.
