Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Luis Rangel has joined the Carthage market team as a community development mortgage lender.
Rangel, who joined Arvest in 2020, has more than nine years of banking industry experience. This experience includes serving in both retail banking, managerial positions, and as a loan processor.
“Luis is passionate about helping customers find financial solutions and he accomplishes that through relationship-building, which is one of his biggest strengths,” said Cheryl Roderique, mortgage loan manager for Arvest in the Joplin region. “Adding Luis to our team will benefit not just the bank, but more importantly, our customers.”
Rangel lives in Diamond and has two children.
Rangel is an active member of the Carthage Emerging Leaders group through the Carthage Chamber of Commerce. Within this group, Rangel finds volunteer opportunities within the community, creates relationships with local businesses, and participates in network opportunities to increase exposure for area businesses. In addition, Rangel is eagerly seeking opportunities to support the community through financial literacy.
