WEBB CITY, Mo. – Mediacom Communications recognized Webb City resident Tyler Otto as an employee who achieved top performance rankings for outstanding customer service and excellence in network operations.
Otto was recognized as the region’s “Technician of the Year” at a recent ceremony held with corporate leaders. He was one of 120 employees nationwide to earn awards for exemplary service in 2022. He is in his second year as a Mediacom employee and works with a Mount Vernon-based team to install broadband service for residential and business customers in southwest Missouri.
Companywide, Mediacom employs 4,000 people and annually recognizes employees with top performance rankings. Award recipients receive a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
