A Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:48 a.m. today on U. S. 60 eight miles west of Monett.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Hunter Harvell, 51, Carthage, driving a 2024 Mack, attempted to avoid a stopped vehicle, drove off the right side of the roadway and overcorrected.
Harvell was treated for minor injuries at Cox Monett.
