Monty Python’s SPAMALOTBook & Lyrics by Eric IdleMusic by John Du Prez & Eric IdleMay 18 – 22, 2022From the zany minds of Monty Python, Spamalot is a new musical lovingly ripped off from the motion picture “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.” The musical is an irreverent parody of the King Arthur Legend that only the comic minds of the Monty Python troupe could concoct, complete with dancing girls, Frenchmen, killer rabbits, impromptu knighthood and the search for the Holy Grail!Joplin Little Theatre is pleased to announce the next production – Monty Python’s Spamalot, book and lyrics by Eric Idle with music by John Du Prez & Eric Idle. The production is directed by Becki Arnall. The show is rated PG-13 for language.Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Monty Python’s Spamalotretells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and features a bevy of beautiful show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people. Did we mention the bevy of beautiful showgirls? The 2005 Broadway production won three Tony® Awards, including Best Musical, and was followed by two successful West End runs. The outrageous, uproarious, and gloriously entertaining story of King Arthur and the Lady of the Lake will delight audiences as they search for the Holy Grail and “always look on the bright side of life.”

Joplin Little Theatre is pleased to announce individual tickets for the 2021-22 season are available for purchase. Season Tickets will be available until October 3, 2021. Individual tickets prices are as follows: Adults – $18.00; Senior Citizens/Students – $15; Children 12 and under – $8.00.
Season Ticket prices are: Adults – $75.00; Senior Citizens/Students – $65.00.
