Sunday, October 6th is the 38th annual Kids Classic Fun Run presented by the Joplin Area Roadrunners and leading sponsor Freeman Sports Medicine. The run will be held at Joplin High School Track. Gates open at 1, registration at 1:30, and events begin at 2 pm. This is a free run with t-shirts to the first 300 registrants and awards to the top 6 in the K – 6th grade events and finishers ribbons for Pre-K. Schreiber Foods will be on hand again this year to hand out snacks and JHS Cross Country will be out to run with the participants.

Race details:
Grade 6 reports to the track at 1:45, 1 mile run begins at 2 pm.
Grades 4 & 5 report to the track at 2:10, 1 mile run begins at 2:40 pm.
Grades 2 & 3 report to the track at 2:40, ½ mile run begins at 3:10 pm.
Grades K & 1 report to the track at 3:30, ¼ mile run begins at 3:40 pm.
Pre-K reports to the track with parent or guardian at 3:40, run begins at 4:10 pm.
Everyone is welcome to come out and cheer on the runners for this fun and free event.
