Linda Sue “Vacca” Minardi, 72, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020, at her home in Carthage.
Linda was born Nov. 5, 1947, in Lamar, Mo., to Carroll Vacca and Velma “Cooley” Vacca. Linda worked in accounting at Miracle Recreation Equipment in Monett. She loved reading books and loved her dogs. She graduated from Carthage High School Class of 1965.
Linda was married to Micheal Minardi in Omaha, Neb.; he preceded her in death in 2002.
Linda was also preceded in death by James Earl Hallmark and two sisters, Phyllis Bullard and Helen Lewis; three brothers, Truman Vacca, James Vacca, and Dale Vacca.
Linda is survived by four sisters, Donna Chandler of La Russell, Evelyn Wright of Jasper, Carolyn Hamilton of Carthage and Patricia Michaels of Springfield, along with several nieces and nephews.
An open visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020, at Ulmer Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Carthage.
