The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney’s office charged a Carthage man with two counts of statutory sodomy Friday for incidents that allegedly happened while he was living with a Carl Junction woman.

According to the probable cause statement, Preston Lee Hill (DOB 1998) inappropriately touched, licked and wrestled naked with the woman’s 5-year-old son while she was at work. The crimes were allegedly committed between January and May.
The case was investigated by the Carl Junction Police Department.
