CARTHAGE, Mo. — Carthage Water & Electric Plant (CWEP) is proud to announce that the utility was honored to receive the Water System of the Year Award at the Missouri Rural Water Association (MRWA) Annual Conference on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 in Branson, MO. This recognition highlights CWEP’s commitment to excellence in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality water to our customers in the Carthage community.
The MRWA who is dedicated to supporting rural water and wastewater systems across the state, presented the Water System of the Year Award to CWEP in recognition of its outstanding achievements and dedication to serving the Carthage community. This prestigious award reaffirms CWEP’s position as a leader in the industry and a trusted provider of essential water services.
