Sandra Kay Heesch, 60, of Jasper passed away 7:09 a.m. Tuesday July 13, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin. Sandra was born December 23, 1960. She was the daughter of Leonard Hershal Stieben and Marie Elizabaeth “Wittig” Stieben. Sandra had been a resident of Jasper for 16 years and had lived in Kaufman, Texas for about 2 years and Emporia, KS.
Sandra loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved watching her son race his car. She enjoyed game nights and being with family and friends. She was a very strong lovable woman who would help anyone. She made an impression on everyone she met and never met a stranger. She enjoyed playing Farmville 2 Country Escape and Toontown.
Sandra Kay married Robert Heesch on March 9, 1991 in Emporia, KS, he survives.
Sandra is survived by two sons, A.J. Heesch and longtime girl friend, Leslie of Omaha, NE and Jeremy wife Katie Heesch of Reeds, MO and one daughter Cassandra and husband, Craig Ralston of Carthage, MO. Three brothers, Richard and wife, Cheryl Stieben, Terry and wife , Jalayn Stieben and Gary and wife, Vicky Stieben, two step-brothers, Jim and wife Barbara Latimer and Larry and wife, Debbie Latimer. Three grandchildren, Aiden, Zachary Ryan and Ryleigh. Sandra is also survived by her fur babies, Trixie, Cooper, Callie, Elsa, J-Rock and Ollie. She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard Stieben and Marie Stieben, and one step brother, Mike Latimer.
