The Carthage Municipal Pool will open on May 29th run throughout the summer closing on August 20th. Pool hours are Monday through Saturday noon to 6 pm. Sunday 1 pm to 6 pm. Swimsuits must be worn to swim in the pool. Municipal Pool is located in Municipal Park at 521 Robert Ellis Young Drive.

Private party rentals are available seven days a week from 6 pm to 8 pm. The cost is $150. Food and drink are allowed to be brought in for parties, but no alcohol, glass, pinatas, or glitter balloons.
The Central Park Wading Pool will open Tuesday, June 1st, and run Monday through Friday from noon to 4 pm throughout the summer closing on Aug. 20th. Swimmers must be 10 or younger and accompanied by an adult. Central Park Wading Pool is located in Central Park at 714 S. Garrison.
Private party rentals at the Central Park Wading Pool are available upon request. The cost is $50. Food and drinks are allowed to be brought in for parties, but no alcohol, glass, pinatas, or glitter balloons.
All hours and party rentals are contingent on weather. Both pools will close during lightning or inclement weather conditions. To book a party at either site, call 417.237.0225.
