Jacob Daniel “Jake” Halvorsen passed away at his home in Alba on January 13, 2022. Jacob was born in Joplin, Missouri on August 13, 1982, to Frank and Charity “Domich” Halvorsen, both of Jacobs parents survive.
Jacob was married to Jennifer Anne Davie, she survives. He attended Webb City Schools. He worked at Japanese steak house in Joplin as a hibachi chef for several years. Jacob was of Christian faith.
Along with Jacobs Parents and his wife he is also survived by one son Chandler Brown-Halvorsen of Joplin, MO; one brother Frankie Halvorsen of Webb City, MO; one sister Mercy Stevens of Alba, MO; two nephews Mason Halvorsen and Dillon Smith; one niece Kalli Maggard.
Funeral Services for Jacob will be held Tuesday January 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM at The Alba Christian Church. Visitation will be held Monday January 17, from 6PM – 7PM at the Ulmer Funeral Home.
