Michael Lee Stafford, 58, of Golden City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Michael was born on June 19, 1966, to Richard Lee Stafford Sr. and Dorothy Louise Myers in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Parkwood High School in 1984 where he was a part of the ROTC. Michael served his country in the Army then later he became an over the road truck driver. He was a HAM Radio operator enthusiast.
Michael is survived by his mom, Louise Cross of Carthage, Missouri; stepmom, Gloria Stafford of Golden City; two brothers, Richard Lee Stafford Jr. of Mexia, Texas, and Eric Mathews of Anderson, Indiana; and two sisters, Sandra Gail Stafford of Carthage, Missouri, and Barbara Woods of Sherwood, Arkansas; and one granddaughter, Reva Myers.
There will be a memorial service for Michael at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage, Missouri.
