Carthage Wrestlers Celebrate End of the Year Banquet

CARTHAGE, Mo. — The Carthage Wrestling team officially closed their season with their annual awards banquet last Thursday, recognizing the accomplishments of its team members.  In addition, the coaching staff acknowledged the families, parents, bus drivers, trainers and the contributed to the Tigers’ successful season.

Individual awards were given to Grey Petticrew, Most Improved Varsity Wrestler; Christian Brown, Varsity Rookie of the Year; Trey Nye, JV Wrestler of the Year; Eli Sneed, Varsity Hustle Award and Davion King, Varsity Wrestler of the Year.

Head Coach Kenny Brown listed the team’s accomplishments for the year:
