Keith Douglas Martin, 58, Carthage, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, Missouri. Keith was born July 1, 1964, in Carthage, Missouri, the son of the late Donald Gene Martin and Wanda Jean (Erskin) Martin. He married Maggie Stills in 2004 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Keith owned and operated Martin & Sons Plumbing in Carthage, Missouri. He was a member of the Carthage Family Worship Center. Keith enjoyed fishing, bowling, and collecting clocks, diecast model cars, and coins.
Survivors include his wife, Maggie Martin; three children, Chance Martin, Dena Patterson, and Ashley Patterson, all of Carthage, Missouri; grandchildren, Da’sheonna Patterson, Destiny Owen, Alyissa Owen, Jaydason Manuel, Emma Jo Lopez, Izabella Lopez, Shasta Thornburg, Autumn Thornburg, Salvador Reyes, Eli Reyes, David Reyes; great-granddaughter, Layla Mae Pugh; brothers, Dennis Martin (Betty), Carthage, Missouri, and Danny Martin, Sand Springs, Oklahoma; a sister Marsha Bechler (Ed), De Soto, Missouri; and many extended family and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters-in-law, Mary Martin and Bert Martin.
