Beverly (Bev) Lynn Bear, age 70, of Carthage Missouri, passed on November 5, 2021. Bev was born in Peoria, Illinois on November 17, 1950. She graduated from Limestone High School, in Bartonville Illinois.
Bev is survived by her three children, Tricia Bear, Troy Bear, and Kelly Bear; her two grandchildren, Toby Baldwin and Lucas Flynn-Bear; her brothers Michael Ellenberg and Richard Ellenberg; and her many nieces and nephews.
Bev spent her life being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. The greatest joys in her life were spending time with her grandsons – they were her pride and joy. She was also an avid painter in her spare time.
Bev is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Michael Dean Bear; her parents, Raymond Ellenberg and Norma Howard; as well as her sister, Debbie Trueblood.
The family will be observing a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Donate Life America, or to American Cancer Society in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
