CARTHAGE, Mo. — Vision Carthage, in collaboration with the City of Carthage, Public Works, Carthage Water & Electric Plant, the Parks Department and the Police Department is proud to announce the completion of the parking lot renovations at the 6th & Main parking lot.
To celebrate the beautification and revitalization efforts we will be holding a Ribbon Cutting on Monday, October 3rd at 10 a.m. at the parking lot.
The mission of Vision Carthage is to promote the beautification and revitalization of Carthage through volunteerism, partnerships, community and business engagement by using the Main Street Four-Point Approach: Economic Vitality, Design, Promotion and Organization.
