Carthage teen injured in rollover crash on Route E

An 18-year-old Carthage girl was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:45 p.m. Friday on Route E four miles east of Carthage.

According to the Highway Patrol report, the 2011 Chevrolet HHR she was driving ran off the roadway, struck the ditch and overturned.

She was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
