National Center for Missing & Exploited Children seeking public help for Fayetteville teen missing for 8 months

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children along with the Fayetteville Police Department are asking for the publics help to locate a missing child.

Steve Shell, 16, went missing on May 4, 2018.  Shell is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
